 Peshawar کے پرانے علاقے Bajauri Gate میں پیش آنے والا واقعہ پہلے پہل ایک عام سا جرائم کا کیس نظر آ رہا تھا—دو بھائی، اندھی گولیاں، ایک کی موت اور دوسرا شدید زخمی۔ لوگوں نے سرسری سا افسوس کیا اور آگے بڑھ گئے… مگر پولیس کی تفتیش نے جب حقیقت کا دروازہ کھولا تو اندر سے ایسی کہانی نکلی جس نے پورے معاشرے کی بنیادوں کو جھنجھوڑ دیا۔

اصل کہانی وہ نہیں تھی جو سب نے سنی تھی بلکہ وہ اس سے کہیں زیادہ بھیانک تھی۔

پولیس نے جب فائرنگ کے وقت کے بیانات، فون کالز، مالی ریکارڈ اور دونوں بھائیوں کے تعلقات کی تفصیل کھنگالی، تو پتہ چلا کہ یہ حادثہ نہیں تھا… یہ ٹوٹے ہوئے اعتماد، مالی دباؤ اور اخلاقی تباہی کا خوفناک نتیجہ تھا۔

■ قرض کا بوجھ… اتنا بھاری کہ انسانیت ہار گئی

مقتول کئی ماہ سے کروڑوں کے قرض میں ڈوبا ہوا تھا۔ کاروبار تباہ، ادھار بڑھتا جا رہا تھا، اور ہر دن پچھلے دن سے زیادہ بے بسی لاتا تھا۔ وہ مسئلے کا حل ڈھونڈتے ڈھونڈتے اخلاقی کھائی کے کنارے جا پہنچا—اور پھر ایسا فیصلہ سوچ لیا جو کوئی عام انسان سوچ بھی نہیں سکتا۔

واقعہ کے دن دونوں بھائی گاڑی میں سفر کر رہے تھے۔ راستہ وہی تھا، شہر وہی… مگر گفتگو نے سب بدل ڈال

ذرائع کے مطابق، مقتول نے قرض اتارنے کیلئے ایسی “تجویز” دی جس سے رشتے کی حرمت، غیرت اور انسانیت—تینوں کو ایک ساتھ آگ لگ گئی۔

اس نے مبینہ طور پر اپنے ہی گھر کی عزت، اپنی بہن، کو “ایک سال کیلئے کسی شخص کے حوالے کرنے” کا منصوبہ پیش کیا—صرف قرض ختم کرنے کے نام پر۔

یہ جملہ سنتے ہی جیسے دوسرے بھائی کے اندر کوئی چیز ٹوٹ کر بکھر گئی۔ وہ غصہ جو برسوں سے جمع تھا، اسی لمحے بھڑک اٹھا۔

■ چند سیکنڈ… دو زندگیاں تباہ

گاڑی میں شروع ہونے والی بحث چیخوں تک پہنچی۔ ہاتھا پائی ہوئی۔ بات بگڑی، گولیاں چلیں…

اس کے بعد ظاہر ہے سارا معاملہ چھپانے کی کوشش کی گئی—کہانی گھڑ دی گئی کہ ڈاکو آئے تھے، انہوں نے فائرنگ کی۔ لیکن پولیس نے شواہد جوڑتے جوڑتے سچ کھول دیا۔

When the police checked the statements from the time of the shooting, phone calls, financial records, and the details of the relationship between the two brothers, they discovered that this was not an accident… it was the terrifying result of broken trust, financial pressure, and moral collapse.

The deceased had been drowning in millions of rupees of debt for months. His business had collapsed, the loans kept increasing, and every new day brought more helplessness. While trying to find a way out, he reached the edge of a moral cliff  and then thought of a decision no normal person could even imagine.

On the day of the incident, both brothers were traveling in a car. The road was the same, the city was the same… but the conversation changed everything.

According to sources, the deceased suggested such a “solution” to clear the debt that it set fire to family honor, dignity, and humanity all at once.

He allegedly proposed handing over his own sister to a wealthy man “for one year” just to settle the debt.

Hearing this, something inside the younger brother broke completely. The anger that had been building for years exploded in that moment.

After that, they tried to cover up the truth  making up a story that robbers had attacked and opened fire. But as the police pieced the evidence together, the truth came out.

One brother was ready to turn his own sister into a “deal”…

The other, in anger, took a life.
